Portside Credit Partners originates, evaluates and structures secured, property backed, non coded lending transactions, whilst focusing on developing strong relationships with all our partners – borrowers, brokers, referrers and investors.
Portside was established in 2020 as a joint venture between Swilken Capital Partners and Intralink Wealth Management. Portside came about as a result of regulatory changes which saw major banks reduce their exposure to certain property financing and created a gap for new entrants such as Portside to provide secured funding.

Ralph has technical and investment experience in most aspects of the property industry. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Western Australia and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Melbourne.
